Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

Time Rich Living LLC | Maryland

At Time Rich Living, privacy is not a formality. It is a core part of how we operate. You trust us with details about your life, your home, your schedule, and your family. We take that seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This Policy applies to all services offered by Time Rich Living LLC, including our email communications, SMS messaging, website, mobile application, and web portal (collectively, the Services).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Account credentials: username, password, and authentication information
  • Life profile information: details you share with your life manager about your household, preferences, goals, schedule, recurring tasks, vendors you use, and other personal circumstances relevant to your service
  • Payment information: billing address and payment method details (processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers)
  • Communications: messages, requests, and any content you send to us or your life manager via email, SMS, phone, or in-app messaging
  • Feedback and survey responses

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, links clicked, and interaction patterns on our website and app
  • Cookie and tracking data: as described in Section 5

1.3 Information We Infer

Based on your interactions with our Services and requests submitted to your life manager, we may infer preferences, habits, interests, and life circumstances to help us serve you better. For example, if you frequently request vendors in a particular category, we may note that preference proactively.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Delivering the Services: fulfilling your requests, coordinating vendors, managing your calendar, and providing life management support
  • Personalizing your experience: tailoring recommendations, suggestions, and proactive outreach to your life situation and preferences
  • Communicating with you: sending service updates, request confirmations, reminders, and relevant information via email, SMS, app notifications, or phone
  • Processing payments: billing you for your subscription and any additional charges
  • Improving our Services: analyzing usage patterns, identifying friction points, and developing new features
  • Marketing and advertising (with your consent): measuring and improving our advertising on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok. You control this through our cookie banner and can opt out at any time
  • AI training (opt-in only): if you have opted in through your account settings, we may use your data to train and improve our AI systems. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your account settings
  • Legal compliance: meeting our obligations under applicable law, responding to legal process, and protecting our rights and the rights of others
  • Fraud prevention and security: detecting, investigating, and preventing unauthorized access or activity

We do not sell the personal information you share with us as part of your service, such as your requests, your profile, or your life details, and we never hand it to others so they can market their own products to you. We do use advertising and analytics technologies from Google, Meta, and TikTok on our website, but only with your consent, to measure and improve our own marketing (see Section 5). Under some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, using these technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time by declining in our cookie banner, by using the "Cookie settings" link in our footer, or, where supported, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal. See Section 7 for your choices.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, SMS delivery, analytics, and customer support technology. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security standards.

3.2 Your Life Manager

Your assigned life manager and any designated backup or support staff will have access to your profile and request history as necessary to serve you. All staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.

3.3 Brand Partners

When we present you with brand partner offers or curated product recommendations, we may share aggregated, non-identifying demographic information with those partners (such as general geographic region, age range, and gender). We do not share your name, email address, phone number, or any individually identifying information with brand partners. If you redeem a brand partner offer, the partner may learn that a redemption occurred through an anonymized code, but they will not receive your identity unless you choose to share it directly with them.

3.4 Advertising and Analytics Partners

With your consent, we use Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok to measure and improve our advertising. When you accept cookies, these partners may receive limited online identifiers such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, and your IP address, so we can understand how our ads perform and reach similar audiences. We do not share your name, your request history, or your life profile with these platforms. This only happens after you accept cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time (see Sections 5 and 7).

3.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.6 Business Transfers

If Time Rich Living is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

3.7 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have explicitly directed us to do so.

4. Communications Channels

Depending on your plan and preferences, we may communicate with you through:

  • Email: for service confirmations, updates, recommendations, and marketing (you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time)
  • SMS/Text messaging: for service updates, reminders, and request coordination. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your account and Services. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP
  • In-app notifications: when our application is available, for real-time updates and requests
  • Phone: for emergency escalations or high-priority situations as defined by your plan

You can manage your communication preferences through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When you visit our website, we use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, understand how you interact with our site, and improve your experience. We use:

  • Essential cookies: required for the website and account features to function. These do not require consent.
  • Functional cookies: to remember your preferences and settings, including your cookie choices.
  • Analytical cookies: to understand traffic patterns and improve our website. We use Google Analytics for this.
  • Advertising and targeting cookies: to measure and improve our marketing and to show relevant ads. These are set by third parties including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok through their analytics and advertising pixels.

When you first visit our website we show a consent banner. Non-essential cookies, including the analytical and advertising cookies above, are not set until you accept them, and you can decline just as easily. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in our website footer, or through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Services.

6. Data Security and Retention

6.1 Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.2 Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

  • Opt out of marketing communications: you may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, or from SMS by replying STOP
  • Restrict processing: in certain circumstances, you may request that we limit how we use your information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@timerichliving.org. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may request additional information to verify your identity before acting on your request.

7.1 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. As described in Sections 2 and 5, our use of advertising cookies from Google, Meta, and TikTok may be considered a sale or sharing under the CCPA. You can opt out using our cookie banner, the "Cookie settings" link in our footer, or, where supported, a Global Privacy Control signal. To submit a California privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 9.

7.2 Other US State Residents
